How it started…

The idea of Between Breaths was inspired by a poster, which read:

“In stillness, clarity emerges. In the breath, answers reveal themselves. In the in between, there is peace.”

As my massage practice grew, I began to understand the importance of self care. In meditation, we focus on the breath, but we often forget to appreciate that pause between each inhale…and exhale… when everything becomes completely still and silent.

Within this pause there is peace. 

This is what I want to replicate for my clients. That sense that everything else is on pause, and now it’s time for you to find your own peace and healing.

My journey in holistic wellness began with yoga teacher training in 2018. Through yoga I became fascinated by the body and the way it heals. This passion sparked my decision to explore the world of massage therapy at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga. A few years later I completed a certification course through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, where I learned how to treat lymphedema patients using Complete Decongestive Therapy.

My goal has been the same from the very beginning: To help people recognize what their bodies need in order to heal. Whether you’re looking for relief from pain, a sense of relaxation, or just to feel heard in your healing journey, I’m here for you!
